Many times if you ask how to fix the performance problem the answer is "It depends". We should start our design having final performance expectations as our design goals This presentation will address DB2 for z/OS management and tuning. We will start with data modeling, database design, testing .... and end with performance monitoring suggestions. We will touch areas of application, database and system performance. What effect might have a bad application design on business?
