Sebastian Ladika pridružio se timu Poslovne Inteligencije 2014. godine, a prije toga je radio u RBA na poslovima DWH specijaliste. Trenutačno je angažiran na najsloženijim projektima integracije podataka u međunarodnom okruženju, te je zadužen za aktivnosti dizajna skladišta podataka, razvoja najsloženijih procedura integracije podataka te procedura za upravljanje kvalitetom podataka. Certificirani je ITIL specijalist (ITIL Service Design i ITIL V3 Foundation).
