Bio
Per has been working in the mainframe arena for over 30 years, in roles such as  programmer, systems analyst, DBA and performance analyst. He has experience of several databases – IMS, DB2 z/OS, Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server. During the last 20 years he has worked mostly with DB2,  first as a DBA and DB2 teacher and for the last 11 years  with CA Technologies helping customers getting the maximum value and usage from their CA DB2 solutions.
Per speaks  at user groups and works with DB2 on a daily basis. Areas of interest are DB2 administration, backup and recovery and in particular performance analysis.
