Nigel Slinger is an IBM Distinguished Engineer in Analytics Development. He currently serves as the lead architect for IBM's Machine Learning capabilities for z Systems customers. In addition, he also leads the World Wide Technical support team providing L2 support to customers. He is regarded as one of the ultimate authorities on overall Db2 problem determination especially in the Db2 storage manager area which he helped to design.
SQL Adria is the independent, non-profit organization that gathers relational database users for Croatia and Slovenia. It was founded 1994. and in the same year it has become the regional user group.
